Most definitely thorough contact information and a site url. I think that it's a good idea to always have something about what the business is on the card, unless it clutters it up too much. Perhaps an image to show what the business is.

I think you should give a brief description of what your business does, because think about it... If you saw a business card around town, you would not just hop online with that website address if the card does not say anything about the actual "Business."
