Default Computer types

What type/brand of computer do you use? I used to really like Dell but am finding myself frustrated with my latest Dell computer.

Dell generally have good computers indeed, well at least according to the little experience I have with them. My father has a Latitude which I use occasionally, and it seems to be very stable. He's more than happy with it as well.

These days I'm on a host of different computers, since all of my roommates have a computer (laptop, actually) each, and I've had some problems getting my own online through our network.

I don't mind all that much though, since all I really need to go about with my daily business is Notepad++ and an FTP program, both of which I've installed on all of their computers Right now I'm on my a packard bell, which isn't really my favourite. But it does the job, really.

I am not to fond with brand name computers so I made my brother make me a custom computer since I am not the most tech savvy. Other than that I have a Toshiba Satellite that I am very satisfied with and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice laptop.

I have been using a my new custom computer for around 5 months now. It has been doing me really well in terms of speed, space, and everything. I feel it has been a major part in helping me boost my design skills.

My previous computer used was a older pentium.. not sure who made it my older brother changed the case on it

Having a custom computer, that is a good idea. Maybe that will be my next option when I get a new computer again.

I am not too fussy on the brand stuck on the side... I tend to look at price, spec and component brands.

Although having said that, the savrow systems look very nice.

I have a custom computer. I have no problem with buying a brand name computer but at the time, this was the best bang for the buck!

I'm currently using a Dell Inspiron XPS 2 laptop. It's great, but bulky.

I'm currently using an eMachines computer. It's alright. I've upgraded it considerably over the past year. I'm really looking into purchasing a product from AlienWare. That would be lovely!
