 Does anyone know a system to manage the client’s reports in an effective way???
Hi everybody, There are many things that are to be looked while managing a company. I do have a good team but the problem is that we sometimes lack communication on different client cases and because of this we have been on back-foot. I need to have the cases managed by a single system and need to maintain a record with the files attached with the case. I need to maintain a complete history for the case so my time is not wasted and the efforts are less. So, please let me know how can we improve the management system of our company and keep the work more effective.
