Sounds like a get-rich-quick scheme but then again, it may sort of be a bonus. Can somebody tell me if its any good or not if you've tried it.
I am thinking about giving it a shot. But like I said, sounds too good to be true. If you don't know what it is, let me briefly explain.
You pay $39.95 for the system, basically its an how-to guide (series) of catalogs/books. It'll teach you some basics on how to find tax lien houses and how to purchase them and sell them for huge and large profits.
I may try it and if it really works, will give everybody a briefing. The real estate industry is huge now-a-days so it should kind of be a big fix. Plus, think about it, instead of trying to hustle your way around selling houses in your community, you can also do it online.
One more thing I think will work is that once you pay the tax lien, you OWN the house. You can either move in or you can rent it out or even sell it. So yeah, it should be something profitable and it comes with some other great packages.
What does everybody think, reality or get-rich-quick scheme?
