Hello -
I have found that really helping my downline has been the most beneficial action for the growing of my business online. I make myself available via email, IM and phone and make sure to return all of my calls. If I don't know how to answer their questions I'm also honest about that and point them in the right direction.
One problem: The amount of time required to help with questions, etc., has proven to take so much time that it cuts deeply into the amount of time I have to promote my business.
