Outsourcing can be a positive business option at times, but not always.

Critical to its effectiveness and success is to start of by doing an indepth business analysis of the different areas of business that are potentially to be outsourced and of the various outsourcing options.

Without this a number of the issues already outlined may be faced.

Since I know PHP and MySQL mainly... only thing I think I need outsourcing done is for computer software (C++ or something, hence the need for the stream authentication.) I believe that the stream authentication can be embedded into the on-server media files, I'll check into it.

^^ But that is a good analysis of outsourcing.
