I don't see that you could make any money off of this. Please are only going to want to ask questions from professionals in specific areas. Unless you hire tons of professionals and can pay them to answer each individual question with serious thought, etc., I don't see how you could make a penny off of this idea. That's not to say that you shouldn't try!

I would say its an excellent business plan but anyways there are still many websites out there where you can subscribe for lifetime/monthly/yearly and recieve your answers related to any topic from several people and they are paid by the website people.

This type of website will be hard to market and maybe you won't get people attention towards the website.

You have to really establish your credibility and make your customers know what your advice is worthy of payment. Beacause the same customers, can come to any old forum and ask someone here to answer their question for free.
