"The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” by Patrick Lencioni. This book is a great book to really get your team engaged in the team concept, and it is a quick and easy read as it is in a parable format.

I read this book to get some insight on how a team should work in theory and how they really work. Are your team members "obstacles" or "bridges"? What is an effective team meeting? The dynamics demonstrated in the fable and then explained in detail are very powerful. Great Book - A Must Read!
