Well hey let me put my money where my mouth is.....errrr well something like that.

In other words, to see IF this ole gal knows what she is talking about, here is one
little thing you can check that proves it.

Go to Google

Type in the following keywords :

downline clubs

then

good downline clubs

then

bad downline clubs

then

worse downline clubs

You'll notice for each set of keywords, my website pages
come up top first page listing and usually listed number 1
or number 2.

Do I own any of those domains?

No.

Sooo when creating additional pages to your website, think
of the keyword you want to target.

Lets say you are promoing a program that is called...ohhh
lets say the name is 'bestcandy'....well then create a file
called 'bestcandy.html'. On your bestcandy.html page
write up info about it, place your bestcandy program link.
But remember, write your content targeting various keywords
about bestcandy...that may be writing a few sentences
about chocolate candy, candycane candy, sugar candy,
etc.....all the while, you will want to toss in that 'Best Candy'
keyword primarily in first and last paragraph.

So who has the keywords 'downline clubs' sewed up in google?
IS it the person that owns 'downlineclubs.com'...one would
certainly think so wouldn't they....well it's not.....it's me.

Hope that helps.

It's important for your content to be keyword-rich on each page (but still meaningful to the end user). You'll find that some keywords have more competition than others so you can get to the top quicker with some.

Well I have a good traffic from Search engines and I am happy with them. I think if you have some interesting and original content and good meta tags on your site than Search engines divert better traffic to your site.

I get good traffic by getting back links. Thats about all I concentrate on. Most of that is done by article writing, blog, forums, and press releases.

I have an all Flash site which generally rank 0 because search engines can't spider them. I have been using SEO and other methods and I am now at 3 which is great for an All Flashsite.

Thanks for the tips valerie. I've seen many sites that still obtain one of the top three rankings even when their domain contains no main keywords etc. Much appriciated.
