Need Help!!!!!

Hey everyone my site is indexed by Google at least the first page is. I was wondering if you guys could give me any suggestions to help improve me SEO I really dont have any SE presence at all and would like to get on the first page of at least one search term for my niche. My niche is online business opportunities and the webpage is in my sig. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Have you created a Google sitemap and registered it with Google? If not, go to Google and look in their services section and read about it. Then search Google for free sitemap services and scripts.

This will tell the Google bot to dig deeper into your site.

You can also do a manual sitemap linked from your index page that lists all the pages on your site. This gives the Google bot a roadmap to follow.

Also, decide on your top 2 keyword combinations and include them in some of your anchor links to internal site pages.

This should help as well as writing articles, with links in the signatures, and sending them to article directories for backlinks. Content and backlinks are the 2 primary keys to getting listed higher in the search engines.

Article writing for me has been the best way to get noticed. Itry and post my articles mainly to pr4 and above directories. To get traffic I post to all directories, but at the moment I am concentrating to getting some pr so I am posting mainly to pr4 and above. Getting a Google Site Map together is next on my list. One key is to be presistant and consistand on a daily basis because some of the things you do today will not show results for a few days or weeks, and sometimes months.

I think supermod hit it right in the head. The tools provided by google are there for a reason, but most people don't know or don't take advantage of them.
