First of all, i cannot access the football forum. Whn i checked the Immune site, I quickly noticed that you have TONS of same keywords on the home page alone! It reaches spam-like levels. Google frowns upon this. The ampount of keywords on your site should only be limited to 3-5 percent.

Also look at it from the viewer's side. So many mentions of "immune system" seems so mechanical, meaning that your content is not aimed in communicating with people but aimed at ranking wuth keywords. If you fail to catch the attention of your viewer, how do you expect to sell?

If you are asking about your Immune System site, I'll have to agree with GaryBB. The site is not optimized well at all. In fact, one could say that it is overoptimized in terms of keyword stuffing. I only spent a few seconds on the site (because the overoptimization was giving me a headache) and I immediately noticed keyword stuffing in the content, URLs, and links.

Also, I don't see a link from Microsoft, as you claim. Your link profile, in general, is very poor. At less than 20 links with the majority of them from thin directories, you will need a lot more quality links to compete for a term like "immune system."
