Re: Customer service I wonder how the US Postal service is going to start doing better with their tracking. UPS and FedEx are expensive, and USPS is trying to draw customers with lower rates (and slower delivery) However, in order to get a tracking number, you have to send your package certified mail. Also, even with a tracking number, I find that the information is sketchy, not updated, and often incorrect. Do you think that businesses in the US will continue the trend to go to the less expensive option, even though it provides extremely poor customer service? |
