Default EPS Graphics

I do a lot of ad specialty work and I work with a bunch of different vendors. These vendors (manufacturers) are always rejecting my and my clients artwork. They want the art in .AI or .EPS but when I give it to them in that format they still reject it.

I use Adobe CS and Jasc Paint Shop pro 9. I can always "open" my art and my clients art but all the vendors have problems with the art. What is the issue?

Could it be it is being corrupted by your email service. Years ago I had that problem with AOL. No AOL no problem.

Maybe they are looking for something a little different? I think I'm not quite understanding your question.

They are looking for something a little different but I can't "see" what they want. I'm going to visit the vendor this week and walk through the problem with them.

Sorry for the confusing post.

Keep us updated since I have had issues with EPS files myself, and am wondering if is a software issue...
