Can someone tell me where i can find high quality web building softwares,

I am new to web design and want to host an ecommerce site,

currently i dont have any knowledge in web design or web development, can any one help on this issue?

I suggest you start with a hosting package that provides a page builder and e-commerce package. That way you can avoid working with too much html before you get a feel for what works and what doesn't.

If your site is going to be your main contact with the public, sometimes you have to bite the bullet and pay extra to hire a web designer. That's what I did, and I've been really pleased with the results. She did much better than I could have, even with the most sophisticated page builders.
