Automated Daily New Index Page?

Hi everyone, me is back with some problems in coding.

I wanted to get a site up something like displaying new on daily basis. Each day it will automaticaaly grab new from other site like CNN, ZNET, BBC ..etc and display it on index page. After which, the page will go to achieve and stay there as "new collection bank".

It is somthing similiar to parsing RSS feed I think. Just that the "News" grabbed from those BBC, ZNET,CNN sites might contain some flash or animation. So, is there a way to do it automatically? or I am simply dreaming?

Or someone know where and how?

Its possible with custom coding, I'm sort of in the middle of negotiations for this type of a job for a phpBB mod. Not sure how it will turn out though, we'll find out. But for right now, just parse RSS style in my opinion unless somebody has a better idea then take that option.

It's possible.

It can be done with a cronjob and a few simple PHP functions. There are some legalities you need to take into consideration, though.

Most of these sites have RSS feeds anyway. You can parse their RSS feeds for news.

This is indeed good new for me! I thought I was just kind of dreaming. Well guys, I'll be waiting if phpBB will release such mod. My main site is using phpBB as I found it to be simple and easier to noob like me. (and it's free not to mentioned)

Ok now, if I were to parse news from several sites, and display them in few part of my site, should I use table tag for each of them? or I should use iFrame tag?
