How to Provide different language on same website?

Hi, me again! I am spending a lot of time looking for guides and helps

these days, no only here but also at other sites. Ok, well I have a problem and need some help again :-
1. I look thru one of my site's stats and found that its traffics are mainly coming from Asia countries especially chinese speaking region. So I am thinking of it would be good if I am able to provide a Chinese Language version of my current site for these visitors group. You know, like the google translation sort of

So, how do i go about it? what script I need to install and intergrate into my site? What about the technical skills difficulty level? any good resources available?

There is no script to do this. You must create a different version of the site, with the translated text in each language you wish to offer. Then, just provide a link to the translated versions from your main page/site.
