Need help with webstore design

Sorry but I just need someone who can give me an advice on what to do as I am a noob to this web designing job.

I wasn't hired as a web designer yet I am tasked by my boss to place this design for our web store which I don't know how. We have enrolled our store at prostores. Now, he wants this design to be at the homepage but I just don't know how as this is done thru .doc and he asked me to convert it to .jpg in order to be uploaded to prostores. I believe it needs to be redone as it has to be configured in such a way that the buttons are clickable and links be placed in there.

I tried to attach the file here but its size exceeds what is allowable. If anyone is interested to advice me, please send me an email at geline_alfe@yahoo.com. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is this design part of an existing web page or does it need to stand alone?

I hope this website helps, it has a .doc to .jpg converter program so check it out.Free doc to jpg software by PDF-Convert, inc and others

You can download the software for free and use them in a fully functional way, but they are for a limited amount of time, you'll have to pay for the full version. There is no place that I found that gives a free .doc to jpg. converter.

jaggiegill, thanks for this but sorry for my being a noob... what i see in the title is that they are links to converting .doc to.jpg files but the site titles state that you convert .pdf (?) files to Word? Where to look for a site that converts .doc to.jpg and if there is, would it be easy for me to create the buttons to redirect to the proper link/page?

You can work it better with a Pdf online. Not many people do word online.
