Sending html/css newsletter

I have an html/css newsletter, and I am having trouble sending it to my members, is sending html/css emails even possible? do you have any idea how sites like sitepoint send out their newsletters?

I have already installed a mod for vB to send out html newsletters, the thing is that css isn't coming up, which totally runes up the newsletter's design, any ideas on how to solve this?

I think there are a few programs that you can get. You can either buy paid software or get it for free. I'm not sure of the names, but you might want to search Google.

I tried to send html/css emails before and im sure it is possible but it wasnt for me.

There are two many different email hosts who read emails different, it makes it near on impossible,

You could send the emails through a company like Aweber.
