What account software do you use? if any?

Currently all I have is an excel spreadsheet to keep track of things.

I use a heavily, heavily modified and equation based Excel sheet as well as Quickbooks.

I just use Excel and then I print out the sheet and hand it to my parents' accountant.

Did you develop that yourself?

I use a simple spreadsheet. I dont have enough income or income sources for things to be really complicated yet.
When/if it does I might try learning MYOB.
