Default Contracts and Businesses

Right i was under the impression you had to be 18 to register your own company. However im preety sure if your under 18 you can sign contracts e.g young movie actors signing movie contracts. So technically you should be able to register your own business ? no ?

I think the youngest person to become a managing director in the UK was 14 and started Dubit... I could be wrong but I am sure I read something along those lines a few years ago.

In the United States, you need to be 18 to legally sign a contract by yourself. However, you can co-sign a contract with your parents at any age (I believe). So as long as you and your legal guardian sign the contract then you (well, actually them because you're a minor) are liable for whatever the contract says.

Right. When registering a business, as a minor, you would have to co-sign it.
