I heard a radio program where they are pumping up commercial real estate. The announcer was smart enough to comment that what this means is that the investor puts out to money for the company’s commercial property..meaning...they cover the expenses while the owners own the land. I didn’t like that idea. I have heard of people losing their shirts in the commercial real esate market but it is “safer” according to some, compared to the stock market for instance.

I think that is true. If you have some experience then this market is somewhat better than the stock market. At the same time you have to always on your toes to really get the best result.
