Obtain a Credit Report

Hey everyone, I am looking for somebody who could maybe clear the airway for me on this one since its not my strongest threshold field. Does anybody know how I can obtain a credit report on another person (with a signed contract authorizing me to pull their report?)

I am getting ready to get into the mortgage business EVEN FURTHER and one thing I need to quickly pick up on is, how do I obtain a credit report for that person with a signed contract authorizing me to do so? Do I call the credit agencies and request it and fax a copy of the signed contract to the credit agencies or what? What's the first step?
