I would like to know that If unfortunately someone falls pray to online fraud, then what is the solution? Where do one go and complaint. Because it may be a cross country issue how these things are dealt with?
If it happens in the US and the person who you're complaining about broke the law, you can report them at this site: http://www.ic3.gov/. If it occurs across countries, it is probably a lot more difficult.

There are places you can hire to keep watch on your accounts and to correct issues that have arose. My folks just had this happen with a credit card and they started with issuing a fraud alert with all creditors and their bank.
