Default Opinons - The Company Corporation

I was looking around for a way to form an LLC. Everybody should be liability protected and I found this site. I ran into it and the first thing to come to my mind is "they must be a seriously good company" to offer what they do. $50,000 in attorney fees if your personal liability is in jeporady.

If you could read up on it and everybody provide their opinions. Plus, I'd figure if they are that good, this could be a path for a couple people to check out the site and become an LLC with a extra potential backup.

Yes, they are a legitimate company, and the best in what they do.

My only reason for not recommending them is that if you are planning to grow your company to become fairly good sized, you are going to want a local law firm that can offer a more-personalized experience. Due to the cookie-cutter nature of The Company Corporation's business formations, growth in the future (especially growth involving investors, equity, and multiple classes of stock) may be hard to orchestrate.

I actually never heard of them...and looking at the fees, it will probably be a while until I hear about them again....

Nice to know that they offer a good service though.

Yeah, I like the $50,000 thing. Now, what would you recommend. They say its best to incorporate in Delaware or Nevada if I am doing multiple state services. Like if I open a store in Maryland, one in Nevada, one in Cali, one in Florida, etc. (Point is... when I get my online business bringing lots of money in, I want to expand like DrJays... who is only based in New York and Atlanta I think... and have a franchise brick and mortar POSSIBLY in Atlanta, New York, Houston, New Orleans (when its built back up), and Miami... or atleast have my stuff from multiple places shipped.)

Anyway, basic question is, where should I incorporate for something like that?
