As far as I know, TCP/IP is an Internet protocol. I think someone has created a fake account in the User ID TCP/IP and then disturbing you. I feel you should try to get the real IP address.

Seems to me someone posing as "TCP/IP" would have to be rather web-illiterate or they would know that is invalid.

What kind of threats are they? I can't imagine that someone could be so ignorant as to use TCP/IP as a name to scare people - but then, I just have to imagine my parents getting an email like that, and I understand. There are a lot of people who have seen the acronym but have absolutely no idea what it means, and might not realize that the email is a scam of some kind.

Yes, that might be the case here. There are many people who are not aware about the terms like TCP/IP. It would be clear once we know in more details about the content of the threat.
