Talking Online payments - $$Opportunity

Hello everyone,

I see that many of you are interested in making money online. I am an agent for a payment processor and I have the ability to partner with individuals who have websites where offering payment processing could be of benefit. We partner with web designers, small business sites, etc. Basically, you would be given code for your website which creates an application form for individuals interested in setting up an online payment system to fill out and get set up with a merchant account. We handle all the customer service and setup - you don't have to even speak with the customer for them to get going.

Your referred customer will get:

1. A gateway account for online payment - Use seperate or attach to website
2. A virtual terminal for face-to-face transactions - key in card info, print or email receipt
3. A API which can further integrate into their website (programmer recommended)
4. A full back office suite to view transactions, handle chargeback disputes, etc.

Once the customer is set up, you receive an upfront payment and then 10% of the processing revenues payout (GPR) generated each month. So it creates a residual income for you.

When you apply to be a partner, we set up an exclusive referral agreement, and your website code is based on this information. That way, you always get paid for referrals from your site. It can't be mixed up with anyone else's info.

The online application only automatically signs up online merchants. If the merchant actually needs a retail account for a brick and mortar shop, we can still set that up, but not automatically online. We take the information that is captured and set it up manually. For those ****s of accounts, we payout $25 - $75 for each opened account, depending on the contract length. We can also set you up so you get residuals on brick and mortar accounts as well. Additional training would be required for that.

Our company is First Data Independent Sales, and we are a 19 year old company. We handle merchant services for Walmart, Red Lobster and other major companies, but our niche is small businesses. We have solutions like wireless for mobile businesses, retail computer systems, quick service restaurant, etc. So we are not a fly by night company.

If you want to know more or inquire about partnering with us, let me know. I will answer any questions you have before you get started, of course. Feel free to email me at partner@fdis-maitland.com. That the best way to reach me. My name is Deryk, and I look forward to hearing from you as well as contributing where I can to the forum.

I would be really careful with something like this. You have to be sure they aren't processing money from countries that are banned by the US government, you have to be sure that they are licensed in the USA...all sorts of things. It could be legit but when it comes to processing cash I let the banks deal with it.

I think any company that is processing payments should be able to get customers without doing affiliate programs, but I could be wrong.

Well this is very risky one and I agree with SageMother's comments. You can do it directly and no need of affiliate programs. They have reward system too. Use it.

Hi guys,

Actually, this is not an affiliate program. As an agent for FDIS, I have the ability to set up partnerships with website owners to generate business. We only deal with U.S. based companies with U.S. bank accounts. The risk is highly minimized, as our risk management department weeds out anyone, and even certain bank routing numbers, which do not fit the guidelines. We don't accept every business **** either. High risk accounts like gambling sites, porn, and certain other products like custom golf clubs would not qualify. So we are very cautious about who can get an account.
Also, you are not able to do the partnership directly with FDIS. They would refer you to an agent. You would need to apply thru an agent and have your code built specifically for your website. You could become an agent, or even a sub-agent of my office, but the responsibilities are much greater and there are requirements to be met before doing so.

As far as FDIS goes, our payment processing service is widely used, but you don't realize it because we don't advertise. Up until last year, we owned Western Union, which everyone pretty much knows about. But FDIS was behind the scenes. We partner with major companies as well. As a matter of fact, when you walk in a SAMs Club and order merchant services, you are getting FDIS services. When you go to Wal Mart, you are using FDIS services. The partnership with web owners is just another way to help agents like myself reach a larger audience. If you have ever seen a web hosting service offering merchant services, most likely they are partners with a processing company, of which there aren't many, due to the financial requirements. Everyone else is an agent or partner. So this is a 100% legit way to make money on your website. We aren't really an "affiliate" program, because not everyone is accepted into the program. Feel free to contact me or reply with more questions! Also, my agent webpage is Welcome to First Data Independent Sales.
