I used to use PayPal virtual debit card sometimes. I used it at sites that did not allow you to pay using PayPal. That way I was still able to use money in my PayPal account for the purchase.

The virtual card is good for site that don't take paypal straight up. I like the idea.

I love my paypal debit card I get instant access to my money. Plus I can go to a store and buy items. I also got free shipping at a lot of places using my paypal debit card for Christmas. They also have 1% cash back on the debit card now.

I think this card is safe since it comes from paypal the most trusted online payment at the moment.So you can go ahead and use it althou this card is not offered to people who are out of america.

I have the card and it is great, you can use it like a mastercard and if you do you it like a mastercard you get 1% back on your purchases. It is very handy and everyone ask me what card is that?

Having it within us or uk is fine , but if u r outside these countries then it is very costly thus not advisable.I think Credit Cards have still along way to go when they become truly international.
