Has anyone tried PerlDesk? Is it good?

I used a very old version of PerlDesk back when it was free, so I'm not really sure how good it is now. It was good then, so I'm guessing that in time it's even better now. You should also check out Kayako, IntelloDesk, and others. I've actually never heard bad things about any helpdesk software.

I've used PerlDesk before. It seems be good software. To be honest, most of these helpdesks are all the same. You really don't need as many features as some of them say they have. I prefer something easy and straight to the point.
