Let me explain what eCommerce Tools are. eCommerce Tools are any kind of software that helps you do business on the Internet. For instance, help desks, gateways, shopping carts, backend software, etc. Just think of any software that helps you do business on the Internet. You can see some listed here. I plan to add more to that list soon!
