As a networker this is one question that I usually come across. For the novice networker it may seem like a crushing blow to they’re ego and business, but it’s not really something you should be worrying about, you shouldn’t be placing so much emphasis on just this factor.
So what to do when people quit?
It’s network marketing. People quit all the time regardless of your business opportunity, product or service or YOU, they do it all the time. It’s NOT your fault, people have busy schedules too, it has a lot to do with different factors.
It may be that they’re too busy, it may be that they don’t have enough money to continue they’re business, or it may be that they’re not ready to jump in as they thought they would be, it happens all the time.
But, you do NOT want to worry about this, or spend your time dwelling on why this person quit your business, infact the only thing you want to be focusing on is the people that are still in your business and that are producing results, those are the people that you want to concentrate on.
It’s network marketing, so that means with the same principle the say that goes “Either they do, or they don’t” … “Either they buy or don’t buy” your only concentrating on the ones that are showing you action in your business, your top producers.
You want to keep your downline active ofcourse, you want to be the sponsor that brought them in. People don’t join network marketing companies because of the product or service, they join because of YOU, so you want to make sure that you keep strong support ONLY with the ones that are producing results, and for the ones that are not, you can still work with them too, but if they don’t want to be helped, let them go.
It’s all about sifting and sorting prospects…
Network marketing is a sifting and sorting process, you have to go through a lot of numbers of prospects in order to find your gems. In order to find your top producers and the ones that will produce BIG volume and commission checks, you have to sift and sort, sift the ones that don’t and sort the ones that do, that’s the only way to find qualified distributors.
But, let me tell you this. If you are building a network marketing business, you do NOT want to build with business opportunity seekers, you want to build with MLM genealogy leads, which are qualified networkers from previous companies that have closed down, so these networkers already know how network marketing work.
If you want to build a professional football team, who are you going to recruit? People off the streets, or free agents and other professional football players, ofcourse you would go for the professionals. So it’s the same with network marketing, you only want to recruit experienced network marketers, they know how the game is played and will quickly build you a huge downline.
So all in all, work with the ones that deserve attention because they’re shining out in your business, not the ones that are doing nothing, you can already tell when you find your gems, they let themselves immediately known and your business will take off to bigger heights because this is the kind of people they will be going after, so don’t dwell on someone quitting, you should already be looking for someone to replace them.
