Hey sorry missed the thread.

That's correct yes, that credit card is blacklisted. I've asked them to remove it from a certain account and they said I need to be logged in, I explained that I couldn't because my account was terminated, it didn't seem to get through to them...

I do wonder what details they keep on file for a certain card to be blacklisted though, and for what period of time. Considering they have your details, isn't that illegal, if you request to remove it and they don't? Hmm...

What are the phone numbers to even get a real person on the line? It seems that everytime I've tried to call I've gotten a huge menu of options, most of which don't apply to my situation, and no real response.

Is there a secret phone number flying around that I don't know about!?
