| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? 2Checkout Sucks...That's right, it sucks. Worst web interface ever.
How did I end up using it? We purchased a web hosting company that has a good number of clients setup through 2CO's reoccuring billing...Slowly transitioning away..
Why does it suck? A number of reasons. The first of which, why are there two different "logins" (version 1 and version 2). What sort of a lame migration is that? To top it off, their new web interface is worse than their old (Even though it looks better). Links are scattered apart, information is hard to fine, let alone update.
I give 2Checkout a horrible rating, if I were to put it on a scale it would break the scale... |

| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? I am not that fussy, I have used them and I think they're alright. They're interface is a bit confusing, but so are most other companies.
The main thing I dont like (which is fairly new), is that the product details must be stored in 2CheckOut as well as your own ecommerce site, and when you send an order through to 2CheckOut it must reference the 2CheckOut product ID. |

| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? Yeah, that could atleast have a consistent website design. Last time I visited there half of the site was complete different to the other. |

They figure: "well, we're already making millions of dollars, why change a thing?" However, if they only changed up their website to make it look better and more user-friendly, they probably would see even greater sales. For instance, SophMedia wouldn't be leaving them. |

| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? It was my understanding that when you have a 2Checkout account, the payments are only processed to the merchant (meaning directly deposited to the merchant's checking account) twice a month. I'm interested in using 2Checkout, but I wish they processed payments more often! Once a week would be fine by me.

| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? I used 2CheckOut in the past (a few years ago) and was very happy with them. I stopped using them because the business was sold. I missed the transition from version 1 to version 2 so I cannot comment on the transition time for them.
I did just sign up for another 2CheckOut account for a new project. I am using just the new version 2 login, its all in 1 place for me.
They seem to be the same as they were before, at least to me. Overall I am happy with them. I think a true merchant account would be better in the long run, but 2CheckOut is just very easy to use and manage. |

| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? As some of you might you have noticed that paypal dosent supports every country , so for my personal use I had to register 2Checkout because of some potential clients who wanted to pay me.
2checkout in my views is awsome, Support is fast and knows what they are talking about.I suggest 2checkout for merchant services and alternative of PayPal.

| Re: Do you use 2Checkout.com? I haven't used them, but PayPal does allow you to accept credit card payments without having to become an actual merchant, although you do have to upgrade to their Premium account. Not sure if this works from a website shopping cart though.
PayPal does cover 55 countries now ... I know that's no where near the number of actual countries in the world, but it may be more flexible now than it may have been last time you looked. |
