as stated i think this could be really interesting.. I feel that the only way were going to know if it is going to be good or not.. is once it comes out what starts happening.

The only thing i can really hope for (and should come standard with this sort of online trade) is that they allow transactions between one another.

If and/or When they do this, i feel it will boost the prosperiety for each side and make everyone alot happier.. but thats just my two cents.

Why would you say that? Google has been coming out with a lot of good services especially for webmasters.

I think Google will give PayPal a run for their money.. and their users! As stated in the "Is hype essential" thread, Google has a lot of positive hype surrounding it. People trust Google and regard anything related to Google as high quality. PayPal better make some quick moves to keep its users.
