You are not alone with your problem. It's good that there are people I've met online who are generous enough to receive my Paypal payments and send it to me in exchange of some fees. Of course, trust plays an important factor.

Second solution is to find some trusted relatives or friends that can open an account for you. If they do open an account, be sure that you won't access it in your restricted country because once Paypal find it out, they can just block your account.

One way is add a bank account in your Paypal account with ATM feature (i.e. Cirrus). Send Paypal funds to your bank account and withdraw your funds via ATM . Your Cirrus ATM card can be used to withdaraw funds anywhere in the world.

Thanks gblued, you gave me an idea of how I can possibly be able to get an account which can process my paypal payments. I have been having problems of collecting paypal payments and I always had my salaries coursed through my cousin's paypal account. I might just have to ask her to send me a debit card instead.

if paypal could insert the "withdraw to credit card" it could be the best feature possible. unfortunately you cannot do that

Well PayPal does not allowe money tarnsfer to your credit card. You have only two options.If you are from USA than you can get money in your banks otherwise you have to use Cheque system.
