Hi stella7,
I figured since I am feeling pretty active today, I'd throw in my little bit of .02 cents (seeing that God knows that's just about all I have in my pockets right now  ... ANYWAY!)
Now, I agree with FormPay... but I alter on some of the things stated... for instance, here is what I'd say:
1. First, I'd say get a US bank account. For this, I am going to recommend
U.S. Bank (http://www.usbank.com) I read somewhere that they allow you to open up an account with them, requiring that you have at least a U.S.-based address.
2. On the topic of debit cards, U.S. Bank provides one to you. Now, I don't know what the fees are and on 2 accounts with U.S. bank can you only take out money from any ATM... but maybe a little research would find that out. This'll give you the opportunity to take money from your U.S. Bank account by wiring it to your local bank or using your ATM card if possible. If you can't use your ATM card, as stated, you can withdraw from your U.S. Bank account by wiring it to your local bank.
3. Lastly, addresses, I'd say for a U.S. address... try 1mailforward.com or nymail.com --- both provide personal addresses (and their both based in New York, USA) --- as well as both have a system to logon each day to see if you have mail. Only thing is, to forward your mail, 1mailforward.com requires a $30 postage deposit and I believe nymail.com requires you provide them with self-postage addressed envelopes.
Hope I helped you out.
