There is CCavenue, CCNow, and Money Bookers that come to mind almost immediately. You might also check with your local banks as well to see if they support ecommerce

Aren't there some countries that payment processors in the USA can't do business with as part of the "war on terror"? I thought I saw a list somewhere.

What about xoom.com? Where Paypal and other payment processors don't serve some countries in Asia, xoom.com has been effective in doing the service. Also, I don't know of any country that it prohibits. Perhaps xoom is international.

I have also heard of Money Bookers , they are mentioned quite a bit online, I personally don't do business internationally so Paypal works fine, you do have to be a bit more concerned about international payment sites since more frauds occur in them. Before choosing a payment processor look at what kind of security they are using to transfer information through the net.

I doubt that a single payment processor covers the entire world. There are almost 200 countries in the world. Moneybookers covers a little over thirty. Most of the countries that aren't covered aren't going to be buying things online, though.

Well if you talk about international than 2CheckOut, PayPal and Mooneybooker must counted as international payment system. You can also use Google Checkout too which needs only crdit card.
