PayPal is my favorite payment method, although you still take a risk when conducting business with it. I am still waiting for a $300 claim that paypal was not able to get due to the other party not having sufficient funds. I was forced to consult my credit card company on this one.

I have only used Paypal so cannot speak for the others there.
Do any of them offer lower fees than Paypal?

I prefer PayPal over all of the rest. However, I wish there was a better alternative to PayPal.

I only use Paypal because of my age implications, so no credit cards (although mum and dad did sign it up in their names)

WorldPay - For the bigger transactions. Although I dont like them much, they make me wait 8 weeks after payment is made for the the funds to reach my bank (apparently I am in a high risk industry). Also they are quite expensive.

PayPal - For small / ebay sales.

2CheckOut - When selling products on my websites.

Cheque - usually for services over £1k

Card Terminal - for if I am with a client in person.

Cash - If I know the someone well

That's very interesting to hear. I've never used WorldPay, but that's a long time!

I prefer PayPal, cash, and checks. Cash and checks are good when doing business locally with people you know and PayPal is good when doing business over the Internet. PayPal is probably the best out there, but they could be better.

I prefer PayPal and Credit Cards for online transactions and Checks and Cash for offline transactions.
