Why is it that Paypal doesn't serve Asia? Most of my online payouts need paypal but it is good that they are able to adjust to our needs by sending it thru www.xoom.com. But I am still not satisfied because there are many uses of paypal. Wonder why they still haven't served Asia ?

Well, wish I also live in the states as most of the online transactions require paypal and much more, paypal has more additional features and card types ...

Don't quote me on this as I may be wrong. But I do believe it is possible to register your business in the states. Not sure how it works but I do know you can form an LLC in the United States (http://www.thecompanycorporations.com can fill that blank in) and once you are a member, make your PayPal account a "Business Account" --- I'm sure adding a few more steps, you'll have a working PayPal account.

I'll search into it for you, if you want, you can shoot to Yahoo Answers and get somebody to research it for you while I try to help you out.

I just signed up for this, figured it takes 3 days to get the money to hit my bank account so having the card on hand could definitely help out sometimes.

Paypal doesnt support "high risk" countries with excessive fraud.

A majority of their member's are U.S.-based so why worry csmaster. One thing that I hear in a lot of movies that makes me worry is if they handle any "offshore bank accounts."

I dont really worry, but China and India are huge and extremely fast growing markets. I know they support India, but I am not sure about China.
