Default PayPal Mail

Well I got this mail from PayPal:

"We're sorry, but your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this
time. We need more information about your account before we can restore
full access to your account. Please complete the steps below so that we may
review your account further:

- Fax a copy of your monthly statement for the credit card ending in XX51.
The statement must show your name, address and account number exactly as
they appear in your PayPal account."

What Should I do? May I send them this documents?
Please advice me.

This sounds like a scam from someone trying to get your personal information for identity theft reasons. Contact Paypal's customer service directly, if you think this is possibly really an email from them. Do NOT fax your credit card statement under any circumstances.

Sign into Paypal by typing the URL into a browser. Don't click on any links. In IE 7.0, the URL will be green as well when you type in www.paypal.com, (it actually gets switched to https://www.paypal.com).

Once you have signed into your account, if any action is needed, it will tell you there.

You can also send the email and the email headers to spoof@paypal.com

I got this email. What I did is just send them a png file (they dont accept docs) telling them that I don't pay the bills and there's no way to prove I'm the credit card user.

They gave me back my status the next day.

Never send any financial information to anyone without contacting PayPal directly first. There are a lot of fake PayPal e-mails going around, trying to look official to steal people's financial info. If you contact PayPal and they say it is fake, you can forward them the e-mail and they will investigate, so they say.
