Default What about E-gold?

E-gold has been in the internet for many years, one of the oldest and proven payment processors.

Anybody who can say something about this processor?

eGold I believe stopped accepting customers or something. I may be wrong, somebody correct me if I am.

What I can say about it, well, first, I DO KNOW that it stopped serving to auctions or something for some viable reason which I don't know.

As I said, somebody correct me if I am wrong.

I don't know if they have stopped accepting customers since I have registered in it last year but have been funding it only lately and have used it in my auto surfing and my scriptlance payments.

I think I still have an egold account. They are unattractive because e-gold is difficult to fund and withdraw your funds from. I can't imagine anyone buying actual products with e-gold.

I've never used eGold, but Wikipedia has a decent entry on it, including pros and cons. You can check it out here:

Did something "go wrong" for them? I do remember e-gold being mentionned more years ago...and then it faded into oblivion, yet still exist...

Perhaps one cause of the discontinuance of the popularity of e-gold is their very strict security measures. Sometimes it is not easy to access our account because they are protecting our account from prospective hackers but definitely, in auto-surfing, e-gold is still being widely used.
