I. Ask what steps and what information you need to provide in order to apply for a merchant account
II. How long will it take for the account to be ready for use?
III. What customer service does the provider offer? Is it 24/7? How easy is it to get the help you need if you need it?
IV. Do they charge any hidden fees that are not listed on their website?
