I'm really annoyed with ebay. I had this security issue and contacted them last Saturday. They still have not replied. I even tried them again but no reply. I got on their live chat section but they said they could only help by email through the certain department. I am so frustrated. I don't think they are ever going to reply

You might want to check your spam filters as well. Since it is eBay, more (phishing) tests are done on these emails and your system might have accidentally put it in the junk email box.

Usually with a lot of ticketing systems, you get a reply with a ticket number to reference. Did you get that or can you confirm with Live Chat this is the way it works?

I could never get a response through email at Ebay either. Don't they have a customer service toll free telephone number you can call?

I asked them and they said they did not have a toll free telephone number to use. I really did not think that was too great of customer service at all.

Yeah ebay is very slow. Don't even waste your time on that chatline because they will act like everything go through email. I don't see the point in the chatline if the operators can't be of any assistance. I had a problem with a seller never sending me a purchase about two months ago and ebay just returned my email.

They do have a toll free number for power sellers.

Glad to hear Im not the only one who gets slow responses. I can't believe they don't provide better service though.

I guess they don't provide a better service because there are thousands and thousands of people waiting in line to take use eBay. I think it's the people low on the totem pole that get the worse end of customer service.

I agree that it can be difficult to get help from Ebay. I hope your issue was solved at some point in time.
