Many arts and crafts vendors have started using a site called Etsy to list their goods and supplies. It could be that particular market migrates because I see more people using it than before Ebay raised its fees.

I think Ebay is the biggest and best auction site on the net today. I dont like Yahoo cuz it just isnt that popular. Amazon is ok. I have ordered some books through them with no problems.

It seems as if Ebay does have the majority of people who want to buy and sell through auction. I think it would be great if someone else could become a really big competitor.

I agree...eBay needs competition. It's tough to compete with something as huge and established as eBay. I think people see it as the safer way to go than to 'risk' doing business at another auction site.
