Surveys are just like the "get paid to surf, stuff envelopes, drive cars with ads on them etc." opportunities out there. Even if you do make money (which is a rare thing) don't expect yourself to become rich , EVER

I remember signing up for one survey site that looked legit and all they are sending me are promotional offers. I've only had one survey sent to me and I consider myself lucky! I hear that some people never get a survey sent to them...how disappointing

. Making money with surveys is going nowhere thats for sure.

I have earned a couple extra dollars now and then with surveys. It has never been anything to write home about but I guess any amount helps.

I certainly wouldn't waste my time with surveysavvy. Their main focus is on referrals and not on surveys. A lot of survey sites are on the scammy side, but a lot of them are legit. Of course, those are the ones who aren't promising you loads of money.

I enjoy taking an occasional survey. I like giving my opinion and it can be fun to watch movie trailers or commercials before they air. I've probably made a few hundred bucks doing so. Keep in mind that this is over a period of a few years, and I certainly don't spend my days doing surveys! Surveys should never be treated as or promoted as a business opportunity.

Honestly, I avoid survey's like they were a plague. When I first started exploring jobs on the net I tried out surveys. Wasted a lot of time on screenings and ended up being informed that I wasn't what they were looking for, after they had gotten pages of info from me.

I agree...you won't become rich from surveys. I think it's an okay way of making a little side cash though. I signed up with some survey sites as well as gptco's that pay me at least $20/month collectively.

I find those sites to be pointless, a great way to pick up spyware/adware on my computer and promote headaches.

I have joined a couple survey sites in the past and it has never amounted to much at all. I think time can be better spent earning more money other ways.
