Mooter Media??

Hello everyone, the problematic and learning child is here again asking for guides

! Ok, I stumble upon this ads network called "Mooter Media". In fact it is the first time I notice about them, and I couldn't find much information about them, especially user's reviews which are very important.

I am looking for a publisher solution with them, and have actually received their reply with some documentation to fill up...which I have yet to complete

. I am looking to earn some revenue by engaging their service to get advertisers. So it is kind of business venture/partnership I guess.

Anyone had experience using them??
