How does one set up an affiliate program through Amazon? There are so many books I'd like to recommend on my website, and there has to be a way for me to get at least a tiny share of the profits if my readers buy...!

There is some html code -with your code- that amazon gives you when you sign up to be an affiliate and choose a product, you can put that code in your website and it will show the book cover , price and name in a compact nice looking square. You can find their affiliate sign up at the bottom of most pages or in the site map.

Commission Junction is another one that offers an affiliate program to businesses. You might also want to run a google search for software that would allow you to do your own if you prefer not to be affiliated with a larger company like CJ or Clickbank.
