My most powerful tool in building my own business is my knowledge. As cheesy as it may sound, knowledge is power, and the more learning and growing you do, your business will act accordingly. This should be the number one business tool for everyone because we all have our own uniqueness , and that can't be duplicated by everyone else. There will be people who are attracted to your business just because of the same ideas that are being shared. The second most valuable tool in a business should be a solid "system" that holds your actions together. You can make tons of wrong decisions, or a little smart ones. Hope this helps.
